Arrival at the Halifax Airport
1. Upon arrival at the the Halifax Stanfield Airport, proceed to the Ground Transportation booth located just outside the International Arrivals Door.
2. When speaking to the person at the Ground Transportation booth, provide your name and say you have a taxi booked with Casino Taxi.
3. Ground Transportation staff will call up your taxi and direct you to meet them at the prearranged pickup area, just outside the exit door to the arrivals area.
4. To ensure you get the correct taxi, please check your text messages for the taxi number assigned to you. If our driver arrives and does not get their passenger, a "No-Show" fee will be charged to the credit card on file in the amount of $35.00.
5. If your plans have changed, and you need to make an adjustment to your pickup time or need to cancel your booking, please contact our dispatch office @ 902-429-6666 at least 1-hour prior to your scheduled pickup time.
